Product Description：
Coconut oil is an oil derived from the flesh of the coconut (the dry flesh contains about 63% to 70% oil). A white, semi-solid, blubber like fat. It has the characteristic fragrance of coconut. The main components are lauric acid, myristic acid, oleic acid glyceryl ester. Melting point 23 ~ 28℃. The relative density is 0.917 ~ 0.919(chemical book25/25℃). Saponification value 250 ~ 264. Iodine value 8 ~ 12. Acid value does not exceed 6. Soluble in alcohol, chloroform, ether, carbon disulfide, insoluble in water. Prone to rancidity when exposed to air. It can saponify with caustic soda solution at room temperature. Used in the manufacture of soap, edible fat, chocolate, candy, etc.
